Avtron is pleased to expand its family of solid-rotor Rotasyn resolvers with the DG shafted resolver. Avtron has launched the XT45, a hollow shaft encoder designed for the roughest applications and worst environments, such as oil and gas drilling. The XT45 is designed to withstand continuous shocks and vibration. The magnetic sensor system ignores dirt, dust, and water, and the fully potted electronics are protected from all types of wiring errors & shorts. The XT45's massive bearings are protected by labyrinth non-contacting seals. This is one tough encoder!

We started with our Wide-Gap magnetic sensor systems and proven potted electronic system with 4,500,000 hour real-world MTBF and further enhanced the designs with diagnostics, full wiring protection, and mechanical simplification. With no moving wearing parts the new AV56, AV56S, AV67, AV85, and AV115 are ideal for motors with a 4.5", 6.75", 8.5", or 85mm, 115mm C-face. Replaces older Avtron models such as M56, Dynapar SL56, RL67, SL85, as well as flange-mounted solid shaft encoders such as BEI H25™ & Hubner OG.
