Avtron M6 Encoders

Avtron M6 Encoders are hollow shaft mounted severe duty magnetic encoders, and fit up to a 2 3/8" shaft directly. M6 encoders include ATEX certification and are designed for use in hazardous environments such as volatile vapor, flammable dust, or gases. M6 encoders eliminate the need for intrinsic safety barriers or current limiters. Salt water, oil, moisture, and dirt are no problem for the M6 encoder. Also available: M7 encoder for ultra-low temperature applications not requiring explosion protection, XP45 encoder for higher resolution applications up to 5000 PPR.
