Avtron M485 SMARTach Encoders

Avtron M485 SMARTach™ Encoders are magnetic, severe duty encoders that offer foot or NEMA 56C face or flange (flowerpot) mounting, and offer extra rugged bearings for pulley and other rough applications. The M485 encoders utilized removable M484 sensors.

M485 encoders have been replaced by the enhanced model AV485. The AV485 directly replaces the M485 with no rewiring. No gapping or adjustment is needed!

Renewal Parts

M484 sensors are available as renewal parts and diagnostic testing is available. Replacement with AV485 is also cost-effective option.
