Need an Encoder Fast?

Most Avtron encoder models are available in 3-5 working days, and some models are in stock for 1-2 day shipment at no extra cost! See the product page for general guidelines. Contact Avtron for specific model lead time requests (see below).

Avtron offers two expedited encoder shipment programs. Before entering your order, please contact Avtron to see if the model you need qualifies for one or both of these programs:
Emergency Shipment: Contact Avtron any time, 24 hours a day on our... Emergency Service Line: 216-641-8317. Avtron will build and ship your order at any time, day or night. Be sure to Mark Your Order "EMERGENCY SHIPMENT".* Expediting charges of $150 - $1000 Net apply. *It is recommended to place a follow-up phone call to Avtron that day.	Shipment within 24 Hours: Place your order with Avtron by 10:00 AM US Eastern Standard Time. Add expedited freight method (UPS Red, FEDEx, etc.), and $150 Net to your order. Be sure to Mark Your Order �SHIPMENT WITHIN 24 HOURS�. Avtron will build and ship your order no later than the following business day. Over 90% of our 24 hour shipments are shipped the day of order placement! It is recommended to place a follow-up phone call to Avtron.
