General Electric has
discontinued their analog tachogenerators
including the 5BC42,
5BC46,
and 5BC66
units used worldwide in mill applications. Avtron is pleased to offer a
complete upgrade package, including modern digital encoders and analog signal
generation. This package improves machine accuracy and output while ending costly downtime.
No drive or calibration changes need to be made. The AV485
encoder fits the existing bolt pattern (or motor mount) with no machine
modification. The
K661
signal converter fits inside your drive cabinet and requires very little
space. Upgrade your system today, and assure parts availability
