Avtron AV485 SMARTach II™
Encoders are
magnetic,
severe duty encoders that offer
foot or
NEMA 56C
face or flange (flowerpot) mounting, and include extra rugged bearings for pulley and chain applications. The AV485 is designed for use in
the worst environments with constant exposure to temperature extremes, water, oil, and dirt. Its replaceable AV5
magnetoresistive sensors
are removable and fully electrically protected. The
onboard diagnostics warn of any impending problems before these problems
cause downtime on your machine. These AV5 sensors can also be used with
the AV850 (C-Face motor mount model), and
AV685 (hollow shaft model).
